Cleanliness and good breakfast.

Just need a small microwave to warm snacks.

The breakfast was pretty much the only thing that was good at this hotel. That, and the staff was helpful in getting us an early check-in and late check-out. That was very appreciated.

The first room we went into was gross. There was something on the floor in the corner that honestly looked like either weed or a dead half-eaten grasshopper, which wouldn't have been likely since we were on the 4th floor. There was also a crushed cracker on the floor, crumbs on the ottoman, and black shoe marks or something in the bathtub. We asked if someone would at least come and vacuum, and they said they would send someone. However, four hours later, no one had come to vacuum. Then, when we went to get into bed, there were black marks on the sheets. So we asked to be moved. Our new room was cleaner, but it seemed run-down. Our mattress wasn't very comfortable, and our internet connection couldn't support our Roku. We also had issues with the TV.

Good value for the room size.

Horrible staff. Very difficult to reach. They didn’t answer the phone when you called and even if you walked down to the desk they weren’t there or were sleeping in a nearby chair. Terrible food at the bar/restaurant, not at all as advertised.
