Cozy place, has the amenities needed to stay conformable. Located in a great area, the building is modern, and the staff is kind and friendly. Close to stores, pharmacy, clinics, restaurants, and the civic center of Lima. The building has a laundry room, but apparently, it's only for people who live in the building, but there are a couple of dry cleaners around the building that are cheap and fast. Saul, the host, is always responsive and helpful!

(1) The cleaning charge of $15 was not listed up front when making reservation, but under the obscured "tax & fees" section. (2) The apartment locates at the intersection of very noisy traffic streets. (3) The owner, Saul, does not even provide soap. So be prepared. ****What we were disappointed the most was about the owner's attitude. Saul did not communicate nor keep the promise. We came back (after checking out) to pick up our medications as agreed. Yet, even with our reminder a day ahead, Saul did not inform us that he changed his mind to keep our medication at a different location. Two hours before our arrival, he told the front desk that when we showed up, we had to pick up it at another location. We had to take another taxi to another city (Brenas, at least 1.6 km, not "near the apartment building" as he stated to the receptionist) to get our med back. We won't ever want to come back.

Very kind and helpful host Great central location in lima 25 mins from airport, historical center and downtown(miraflores). Amenities for washing/drying[9sols], a functional gym. Room is on 18th floor so great city skyline view Walking distance from many good restaurants[ naruto, shimaya, museo larcomar]

Overall extremely comfortable and the host was welcoming and accommodating to us arriving at an inconvenient time. There were also more than enough household items to use that we did not expect and were really nice to use! The view is beautiful, the location is convenient, and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this host 10/10!!

The apartment was great! it is in a clean, safe large apartment block, with four elevators. The apartment is on the 18th floor. Beautiful view over Lima with a view of the sea! Everything was very clean and a very good service. Check in is flexible and easy to contact, everything is shown in the apartment. I'll definitely be back! The owner is very nice and a good Dragon Ball friend! Thanks amigo!
