jamas pudimos entrar!! estaba mal la clave de acceso y no logramos jamas comunicarnos con nadie. Estuvimos todos afuera con frio tratando de entrar por mas de 2 horas hasta que mejor nos retiramos y tuvimos que reservar de ultimo minunto en un fiesta americana que nos salio carisimo!! pesimo pesimo servicio!!!!

que NO PUDIMOS ENTRAR JAMAS!!!!

I rented this full house for 11 nights. We were between 6 to 13 people in the house. It is a great location with stores, restaurants near by in a safe neighborhood. BEDDING: To finish on a positive note, the beds are good and everyone was pleased with them. SUMMARY: This is a nice house but it is way under equipped and/or maintained. 11 people are unable to eat together around the table in the kitchen. We had to move the outdoor furniture inside to be able to be together around the coffee table. We made it work

UNDER-EQUIPPED: Unfortunately the supplies left in the house were only for a two day stay. We had to buy trash bags, wine glasses, forks, spoons, paper towel, pans for the oven. All of this should have been there the first day with instructions. We shouldn’t have to pay for it or look for them in stores. This is not why we were there for. The oven-door doesn’t close properly. It took forever to bake anything in it. BATHROOM: On booking it says 4 bathrooms when it is only 3 and a half bathroom. One bathroom is outside on the patio with no cold water faucet so you have to be quick when taking a shower because you could get burnt. OUR GUEST + INSTRUCTIONS: We contacted our guest Miguel several times. Sometimes he responded right away, other time like having more cutlery the response was he didn’t have any! We had to insist twice to get toilet paper or have someone pick up the trash as they were piling up with no instructions about what to do with them.
