Estay SK Residency

We recently visited SK Estate Hotel in Ooty and had a highly disappointing experience. The hotel completely misleads travelers with fake photos of the rooms. The actual condition is deplorable—rooms are unhygienic, there is no provision of hot water or geysers, and towels are not provided. Additionally, the door locks are in a dilapidated state, and overall maintenance is nonexistent. Due to these issues, we immediately shifted to another hotel on the same day. However, the hotel manager refused to refund our advance payment of ₹8,000 (40% of the total booking amount). This experience was utterly regrettable, and we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I demand an immediate refund of my advance payment of ₹8,000. Failing this, I will be compelled to file a private suit in the Consumer Forum against the hotel and Booking.com for misleading travelers, providing substandard service, and charging exorbitant rates despite the appalling quality of stay and services. I urge you to resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid legal action.

Staffs and manager were extremely courteous and helpful.

Nothing else

These people are cheaters.... Before arriving they told there is 2 room in your name, but when reached they told there is only one room, they charged extra for Room they arranged which is in oyo... We have to pay 5000
