Difficult to locate the hotel , poor service , no TV , no phone . Lack of staff .

Staffs are not good behaviour.no fan .no table. No cheyara. No bath tavel.

Everything was good in this stay starting from good staff till clean room, washroom, bedsheets, spacious room and it was hygeinic

It was a bit expensive but anyways it was dasara time and we couldn't get a better stay than this so there's nothing to unlike about

The location of this place is the only plus point.

First of all, after checkout I see an awesome review written by me over my mail, which was apparently not written by me. I don't know how the hotel can write their own review, but I made sure to edit it to my original point of view. Please be careful when you read the good reviews about this hotel, it might be written by them itself like in my case. Basic necessities like water was not provided, although they had the filter but the water cans were empty and when I asked, they simply said it's not there and provided us no means to even get water, we had to get water from the adjacent restaurant. We requested for a triple room but was given a double room and mattress and towels took forever to reach our room. They were provided to us when they were no longer needed. Lightings in the room was not proper and very dim and no proper power backup as well Wifi had very poor connectivity, close to nothing, we had to use our own data. Dustbin was also not present in the room and the cupboards didn't even have the rod for hanging clothes. Also the cupboards were not clean. The landline in the room won't work, we had to call them from the corridor for basic requests or go all the way down to address the staff directly, still the resources were not provided on time For the price, the stay is total turn down and won't recommend it at all.

The rooms given were good

They changed their name but didn’t inform that the hotel name is hotel pride now. The staff was a bit rude who handled the call. I booked two deluxe rooms with capacity of 3 persons each but were provided only rooms with 2 occupancy.
