Appartamento Elegante con 2 Camere nel Centro Storico di Bologna

Beautifully appointed and in an excellent area close to ancient part of the city . We walked everywhere . Loved the decor . Very comfortable had everything we needed

This host saved our holiday in Bologna. We had another apartment booked but unfortunately it was very grubby full of mosquitos with an unusable sofa. We contacted the host of Dimora Santa Lucia and they quickly got everything is place so we could leave the other apartment we had booked. So glad we did as this apartment was lovely.

It was a long walk up the stairs to the top floor but we didn't mind so much

The apartment was perfect for visiting Bologna and the surrounding region (Rimini and San Marino). It was nice to be in an apartment to see how people in the city live. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking would be possible but we didn't use it because there are so many amazing restaurants nearby. Rooms had great air conditioning which was super nice since it was extremely hot while we were there. Showers had great water pressure and hot water. The fridge was stocked with water bottles. Communication with the host was easy, especially when we locked ourselves out and they were so kind and helpful.

The apartment is on the top floor of an old building so it requires walking up and down a lot of steps. We were with an elderly couple but they managed just fine and found it to be good exercise :-)

La 2eme salle de bain est factice barre de douche pas fixée et pas d'écoulement d'eau douche impossible.pas assez de papier toilette nous étions 5. Attention la taxe de séjour n'était pas annoncée sur Booking l'hote s'est fait plaisir en appliquant le montant maximum soit 5,80 euros/nuit et par personne ce que je n'ai jamais payé en Italie y compris la capitale A ce prix j'aurais loué a la piazza maggiore.

Location is great and the apartment is cute. One room is big and light, but the other is very dark and very low, though. AC!!

So many narrow stairs - we were fine because we are young, but elderly people would have a hard time. The en-suite bathroom in the dark room was so incredibly annoying, as the door is impossible to open or close without waking up the whole house, because it is poorly made and foldable. Also, the red chair was thoroughly uncomfortable to sleep in - we moved the mattress to the floor. There was a coffee machine which was great, but only enough for 4 cups which was too bad :(

It‘s a lovely flat for 2 couples or a family. We were 3 friends and used the sofa bed in the kitchen/ living space. It worked really well for us but obviously reduces the usable space, unless you tidy the bed away each morning. The apartment is very tidy and lovely decorated, both bedrooms are en-suite. There is a Nespresso machine and a milk frother in the kitchen which was a nice bonus. Michele, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions. It is absolutely perfectly situated ( equal distance to the two best Gelaterias in Bologna 😁), very quick to walk anywhere in the Center. There are a couple of restaurants at the beginning of the road which were both fabulous.

Wouldn’t stop me from booking it again but one of the bedrooms is quite dark with a sloped ceiling. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend any time in there during the day.
