Appartamento Elegante con 2 Camere nel Centro Storico di Bologna

Property is exceptional clean. And very easy walking to the center.

Apartment is at 3th floor. And no elevator. Very hard to carry the luggage upstairs. Property has no parking arround. I received instructions where to park later after I asked for these, not in advance. And parking cost is 30 eur per night. Even the TVs from the apartment has Netflix, etc, these are empty of user and password and can not be used. The owner speaks english but not very fluent and check in last a while until he send someone to meet us. We had to wait 15 min minimum in the street. A very funny thing : in the apartment was left a price list.for things left in apartment, like drinks and snacks. I never seen it before in a private apartment.

The location was perfectly in the center of Bologna in a district with restaurants, shops. However, due to the position of the apartments we were not disturbed by any noises. The house has nice new furniture, comfortable beds and bathrooms, it is well equipped for preparing breakfast and a light meal.

The living room is cozy, but it has only a very small window on the roof, which is very high. It would have been nice to have the possibility to open the window to change the air.

“Dimora Santa Lucia” is an amazing place! The apartment is newly renovated, in a pretty building, extremely beautiful, simple, clean, authentic, with an excellent location. The hosts are very responsive, they welcomed us at an unusual hour, for which we thank you!

The location is great, the rooms are cozy, and it is quiet and private. Everything seemed brand new. The owner was kind and he was patient and helpful with anything we needed assistance with. He surprised us with a special Easter cake!
