Havana Beach villa

Positioned directly on the beach. Good air-conditioning. Bed comfortable. Food isn't made at the villa but has to be ordered. Great choice of food and absolutely delicious. Rejitha is absolutely fantastic.

We were hoping for a luxury 4 night stay, but unfortunately, the room and furnishings are far from luxury. The photographs on booking.com must have been taken a long time ago. The whole place needs a good clean and fresh coat of paint. The bathroom is dirty, dark, and unpleasant. Towels are very old. Pillows are terrible. There is an open wardrobe but no hangers for clothes. There are no comfortable chairs or loungers to relax and enjoy the sun and the lovely view. The beach is quite beautiful, but there are lots of wild dogs and lots of dog dirt. The dogs jump up (which made me quite nervous). The barking and howling at night disturbs sleep. There is also a lot of rubbish on the beach. There are a lot of very noisy crows around the villa.

I stayed with my family here. The rooms are clean. Equipped just enough to have a cosy stay and not complain. The view outside and being right on the beach will make your stay so worth it that you will ignore the minor shortcomings. The caretaker is an absolutely sweet, warm and welcoming lady. She made our stay so much comfortable and was on her feet to provide the best possible hospitality she could provide with what's available. All in all, I would prefer this over a night spent in a parked boat in the backwaters. The beach here is absolutely serene with no one in sight.

Minor shortcomings with respect to the place not being equipped with a fully functional kitchen that can make food on demand. Limited utensils. Limited food places you can order food from.

Location is like out of a dream. The property is right on the beach and it’s so serene and scintillating. Very clean beach with no crowd. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Subin and Rejitha at Havana were exceptionally nice and friendly.

Perfect spot, just in front of the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and the owners very kind. We fully recommend !

Very noisy crows in early morning, but we have to deal with nature !
