"Exceptional"

Everything was great, a very nice hotel, comfortable, cozy, and very clean rooms. the bed smells good, everything is very clean and tidy. We needed to use the steam room. We notified the hotel about this and they provided us with an ironing board and a new steam iron.!☺️

"It did the job, we arrived late and it was very clean, comfy bed which made for a good sleep but very basic."

Breakfast was continental and a Kellogg’s packet cereal and a banana.

"The amazing Crossroads Inn"

Barry is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and everything is new and stylishly decorated to a high standard. The room contained a fridge and snacks were provided. I would highly recommend the Crossroads as a central point for exploring the wonderful North East areas; Durham, Beamish, Newcastle and all the surrounding areas. Thank you Barry for a great stay!
