Just pillows should be changed as we have to do at home once in a while but more often on an AL because they get a bit smelly by use

subway construction made noise all night during weekdays...

There was no breakfast

Need to give more supply of essential items. Only day supply of soap and toilet paper was given with note to buy more ourselves. That is very inconvenient to look for shop and get supplies.

Great sized apartment with everything you could need.

Construction outside can be loud, we had white noise on for our baby so didn't affect us too much.

Location. The location was really convenient

The premises were dirty, worn and unsafe. The sheets were not clean, the pillows had several stains and hair. Hair were there also in the shower and dust was evident both in the floor and on the furniture. The wardrobe door fell off and the window was broken (the apartment is on the 9th floor). We signal all these severe issues to the personnel. We moved out right after green first night as the apartment was not livable and we had to find another hotel where to stay. We asked for a refund (at least for the first night) considering how extraordinary the circumstances were but we got no refund, juts a waiver for cleaning fee. We are very disappointed and feel it was an unfair treatment and inadequate action to reduce the inconvenient. We had no money back despite we moved out and had to find another place

It is a great location, very secure, overall very clean

There is a construction outside, but once it is finished it will be a wonderful place.
