Kurz und knapp: einfach alles. Tolle wunderschöne Anlage in spektakulärer Lage. Unglaublich liebes Personal. Top Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen. Daran gibt es nichts zu mäkeln.

Die Preise für Drinks sind sogar im Vergleich zu Zürich extrem hoch. Ich würde trotzdem immer wieder kommen und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Spektakuläre Lage mit grandioser Aussicht. Tolle luxuriöse großzügige Zimmer mit Terrasse. Wunderschöne Anlage. Essen sehr schmackhaft.

Beim Frühstück, was leider A La Carte stattfand, war ganz schönes Chaos. Kein gleichmäßiges Servieren, sodass ein harmonisches gemeinsames Essen als Paar schlecht möglich war. Relativ lange Wartezeiten. Bei Kosten von 1000 Euro die Nacht, erwartet man etwas mehr Perfektion. Manches kam doppelt, anderes wurde vergessen. Ein Buffet würde die Sache entspannen.

Hôtel très luxueux situé dans un cadre exceptionnel ( pas de voisinage, vue sur des canyons incroyable). La chambre était très grande , bien orientée avec une vue superbe. La salle de bain était immense et super équipée . La piscine chauffée à débordement suffisamment longue pour vraiment nager et faire des longueurs . Le personnel est au petits soins pour vous d'une gentillesse incroyable. Bref, c'est un hôtel parfait.

L'éclairage un peu juste de la grande salle à manger. des petites lampes sur les tables seraient bienvenues.

The location cannot be matched - simply breathtaking views, you're on top of the world. The design and architecture of the hotel is stunning, meant to compliment and blend in with the natural surroundings, very tasteful and well-appointed. Our room was beautiful, spacious and felt completely private. They also put a little cake in my room for a belated birthday celebration, which was very cute. The breakfast is outstanding, it's where you'll feel like you're really getting your money's worth, so eat up. Try the Japanese Omelette and the beef bacon.

24 hrs before we were due to arrive, the messages begin to flood our Booking.com chat and What's App about arranging travel to the hotel. NOTE: You can ONLY access the hotel by 4x4 and there is a police check-point to access the mountain. The hotel would only offer their solution - a last-minute up-sell pick-up for 140 OMR which would add an unexpected £300 to our stay. They did not provide any insight about a local car hire or taxi, leaving us to make some rushed decisions with no guidance the evening before our check-in. This information should be communicated clearly upon confirmation of booking, and it wouldn't kill the hotel to mention that there are car rental options in the town at the base of the mountain. We asked for help to problem-solve and got a party line. It felt like a money grab and lacked the finesse and care one would come to expect from high-end hospitality. To that end, this is a Hyatt hotel, they do not specialize in luxury. The poolside wine and beer list is middling in quality and hugely overpriced - leaving everyone to wait and rush for the two half-priced happy hours a day, although the concierge staff and the bar staff seemed to be at odds about the start times, resulting in some grumpy bartenders and long waits for wine. I wanted to make use of the sauna and steam room first-thing the next morning, and asked for an 8:45 booking, to which they replied the spa opened at 9. I arrived at 9am for my booking, to be informed that the rooms needed 30 minutes to be prepared and ready - making my 9am booking futile, and leaving me to pass it up. For the price of staying here, these things are pretty unacceptable. This was a special occasion, we don't make a habit of spending this much on hotels, but we have stayed at some - Anantara, for example, and it was an experience far more deserving of the price tag.
