Suite is nice with kitchen. Clean and convenient

When checking in staff didn't pay attention and tried to charge me again at a higher rate for the room I booked through Bookings

Had shuttle service available as previously scheduled

The breakfast was awesome and the staff putting it out very helpful. The meet up at night when I first arrived was great getting snacks and drinks and relaxing in the seated area. I loved the shower in my room and my room over all, it was nice to have a kitchen.

Disappointing that for such a nice place the pool area was closed. The website said it would be open by my stay. They did offer to use the hotel next doors pool area but honestly that’s kinda inconvenient. My class was very physical it would have been nice to sit in a hot tub on site. There were ants on the main hallway to the right on the way to my room 107. It would have been nice to have been allowed a late check out.

They had an excellent breakfast with many choices. All the food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was good as well. They also had a shuttle bus that would pick you up at the airport and take you to the airport. The drivers were all very helpful and professional.

Room was amazing—clean, huge, tastefully decorated, comfortable.

The front desk girl at checkin time was impolite and unprofessional. Only hotel ive ever been to that makes you wait in lobby until exactly checkin time for cleaning. We just asked if there was some other room already cleaned that we might get into a little early (we were due to checkin for a flight right at the exact same time as checkin) and the girl rolled her eyes and snarked back “NO. There arent.” And walked off.

Cleaning staff didn’t die so English and our room didn’t get cleaned
