location staff very nice wifi good clean breakfast great views of mountains

would’ve scored 10 out of 10 but we arranged an airport transfer that didn’t show up

the photos in booking are different with real room. deluxe room is smaller and there is no furniture like the photo in booking, there is no bathtub. it is a total fraud

breakfast was poor

there was some prolonged argument about promised free transfer to airport and 24h delay with the issue of the invoice both were resolved by involvement of the hotel owner (you may be not so lucky to meet her); this is not 4 star hotel for sure. My case was opened during my absence. WiFi was very unstable
