Hotel Kusum Palace

Very spacious rooms, centrally located, reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful and well behaved. Highly recommended for a stay in Gaya! Nearby Pramod has great food too. We couldn’t have asked for more during our short 2 day stay in Gaya.

Just a stone's throw away from the Gaya railway station, the property has very large and nice rooms with clean linen and clean bathrooms. Breakfast included in the price.

Being so close to the railway station, the location is a bit noisy and the surroundings a bit seedy. At a distance from the Vishnupad temple.

Honestly, the mentioned Hotel & the Travel desk is perfect & reliable for a visitor for whom, along with male & female members for the staying.

some cleaning staff were found little bit arrogant.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The tv functions ok. Bathroom water supply is fine.

The room allotted had problems with the Geyser at the bathroom not working. When asked to rectify it, they said not possible at this hour, and changed to a smaller, claustrophobic room. Later on, they changed to the original room after 8 hours. The bill at Booking.com was Rs. 14,280 but they charged Rs. 15,994 for unknown reasons, neither did they provide a room bill and receipt. And told me to get it from Booking.com.

The Room and Toilet were very big and spacious for this category of Hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. They also arranged an Auto rickshaw for going to the station at 2.30 am.

Too many steps to climb to the Lobby. There was no Restaurant, so food had to be delivered to the room. No English News Channels on TV. A good chair should be provided at the Table below the TV Unit.
