Hotel Kusum Palace

It was very good hotel for our stay ...staff at hotel were very polite and helpful throughout our stay..Though we arrived early in the morning before normal check in time ...Thanks to the manager at the reception Mr Nishant Singh Rajput .. we were accommodated in a Room till the second room was made available .He guided us with sightseeing vehicle arrangement and also priest for performing pooja at Vishnu padh Mandir.....overall everything was great except some cigarette smell at the corridor of the room ....may be because of cigarette smoking guests staying at the hotel ..Would request they should allot rooms on floors with choice for smoker and non smoker . Otherwise most things Great..Had a comfortable stay with family ...

Location Spacious and Comfortable

No restaurant Slow service

The location, rooms were decent just shown in pictures, staff behaviour was good and welcoming.

The service was poor and delayed because of Navaratri celebration in Gaya, staffs are not available but they apologised for that and it's okay.

It is situated near Gaya railway station. walkable distance with good facilities and the staff are very helpful.
