Overall experience was bad.. There was no water supply due to some technical issues, and they didn't provide alternate arrangements.. which made it more difficult to use the toilet.There was no drainage in the bathroom, which even made it worse .

The room very spacious. I think can stay with big family. The AC function very good. Suitable to stay in May 2025. Very affordable price. The host very helpful to connect with guest by whatapps.Overall very pleasant to stay.We pay by cash in dollar before check in.The receptionist give us option to check the room first before check in which is very thoughtful.

The location quite confusing to go. Luckily yandex driver very helpful. He help us until we can check in.The bed not so comfy. No elevator but is only ground floor.No bidet but we can use shower from bathtub.The signboard is actually afsona hotel.

That's a great place to stay. The stuff was always available for us and very helpful ❤️. They spoke English what's very useful for a lot of travellers. The room we got was big, bright and clean. Bed comfortable, there's also AC. The breakfasts are tasty with various of different things like tea, eggs ,bread,fruits and some sweet snacks. The place is really close to the main attractions. I'd recommend that place with the whole my heart ❤️

Great hotel new furnitures strong AC and friendly employers. Breakfast was also nice. Wifi needs to get stronger. For the price it is great value.

I have no complaints

We booked this property for a two night stay on the 24th -26th April not December. We were on the daily train between Nukus and Bukhara and half an hour before reaching Bukhara on an 8 hour journey a message comes through via Booking.com that the host wishes to cancel our booking because there is no longer hot or cold water at the property. He had previously contacted us to ask is when we were arriving and we told him we were travelling on. The Nukus train due to arrive in Bukhara just after 10pm

We were left high and dry without anywhere stay at night in a strange city where we did not speak the language. The host did not volunteer to find us alternative accommodation to compensate for letting us down at the last minute. We appreciate that emergencies happen but tourists like.oursrlves only attempt to venture to such unknown lands if they have the security of prebooked accommodation and would be deterred from travelling if the accommodation booking site is unreliable.. it would have been easier for the host to have secured us a suitable alternative than to leave us in Bukhara at 10.30 pm without accommodation. We did find an alternative but paid over the odds for it.
