Villa panoramica sulle colline del Monferrato

Tolle Lage, sehr schön in den Weinbergen, ruhig. Eine neues Haus mit allem, was man benötigt.

Our second visit (see review of last year september). This time we had nice weather which made the house even more atractive as the walks around the house through the vineyards were not muddy. Excellent place (best we have had in the last 5 years in italy), beautiful position. Everything we needed was available in the house, including washingmachine and full kitchen with Lavazza machine, all appliances etc. Plenty of good wineries for tasting nearby. We booked again for next year!

Prachtig huis met een geweldig uitzicht! Erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg prettig en vriendelijk!

Mooie omgeving

New house with modern facilities. Big kitchen, good bedrooms and bathrooms. Topfloor not finished yet. but is no problem as it has 1 bedroom with bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on 1st floor. The 2nd floor has airco and 2 bathrooms but bedrooms not finished yet. Spacious living with TV and utility room with washing machine. The house has solar panels and a heat pump so top notch. Nice views as the house is situated on top of a hill and surrounded by vineyards. the vineyards. Dogs are allowed and it is very easy to walk with them straight from the house (big plus for us) through the vineyards. Keys and gate access is in a keybox, contact with owners is remote, no problem.

As it is a new house the garden was still not developped. Because it rained a lot the terrain was very muddy so had to be carefull with parking and walking to the exit. This probably will get better if garden is a bit more mature and maybe a gravel entrance
