The location. Quiet area. Nice park nearby.

Main bathroom had mold. Moldy smell could not be eradicated. Shower stall leaked upon use. The sofas were dirty and dusty. Kitchen and living room floors were dusty and not clean upon our arrival. We had to clean them ourselves. Cobwebs with spiders everywhere. Weeds growing out of control in the front and back garden/lawn of house. It was obvious no landscaping had been done in a long time? Mattresses felt used, old and uncomfortable! There were stains on some bed sheets and pillowcases. Upon arrival we found towels on kitchen floor and in the dryer! Overall our stay at Comfy was terrible

Läget var bra och rummen var bra de man hadde önskat var att det var lite renare och städad baksida

Det var inte rent när vi kom dit sofforna var smutsiga .Vi trodde att vi kunde använda oss av baksidan så barnen kunde springa ut lite. Men det var som att det var en övergiven gränd helt igen täckt med ogräs .

The house far exceeded our expectations and the host was to hand to answer any questions via email. Would highly recommend this place

It was very clean and spacious. WiFi was provided and it was very convenient

There was no fans in the very hot weather which was a struggle.

The location was perfect, across the road from the lovely Swanshurst Park. Close to shops and our families' homes. The property provided everything we needed for our stay including flexibility.

We cant say there was anything that we didn't like.
