Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader – de locatie is geweldig, centraal gelegen met in de nabijheid diverse horeca gelegenheden, supermarkets en op loopafstand van de haven en ferry naar Valetta. Communicatie ging weliswaar via berichten, maar was helder, ging vlot, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, . Ons appartement was ruim met 2 badkamers, fijn ingericht en voorzien van een volledig uitgeruste keuken. De slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met Airco. Alles was schoon en netjes onderhouden. De regendouche in de badkamer na een lange dag .... Heerlijk!

- onvoldoende warm water( gebruik voor 4 personen). - geen gratis TV zenders - door de vloertegels is het appartement best wel gehorig - stricte voorwaarden

The pre-arrival experience with Buena Vista was incredibly stressful. Their online system for contracts and deposits failed, and rather than admitting a technical fault on their end, they forced me to visit their office in person before check-in. This was a major inconvenience, yet my request for a refund was denied. I felt forced to comply just to avoid losing my money. To make matters worse, I was harassed daily by automated emails for the same documents, and I had to explain the situation to a different staff member every single day. ​The apartment itself was a huge disappointment. It was dirty upon arrival, with dust everywhere and visible mold in one of the bathrooms. Led lights fixed with tape etc. It was clear the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Neither the management nor Booking.com provided any real support. My holiday was ruined before it even began.

the location is very close to everything. the staff was very nice and understanding while texting. there was big closets

the power outlets are not in good places, the hot water runs out quickly, very cold floors. we stayed four people for 6 days, there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided, no cleaning between the days. Living room wall had like a “crack” which wasn’t very pleasing for the eyes . not enough trash bags. in one room the AC wasn’t working, no hot air. but above all that, everything else was really nice and good.
