Positives Property was clean and spacious and good location for the sea front and harbour and restaurants. There is a lift also in the property.

When paying security deposit do not use AMEX card as it is not accepted and this was never stated when filling in the rental agreement-had to phone 3 times to the office to enable me to resubmit the agreement and pay via Visa which was eventually sorted. The property listing and facilities on Booking.com states there is a microwave in the apartment. There is no microwave when we arrived and the holiday company tried to deny this was on the listing although I have sent them screenshots of the Booking.com website The instructions for the electronic keypad were not very clear and technically slightly wrong in the instructions but once explained then easy to use. The keypad is quite dark and difficult to see the button. There is no Television channels on the TV, only Apps that you need to sign into The bed mattress could also do with a refresh as it can be uncomfortable for some users. Parking is a premium in the area so be prepared to look around for a space or just use public transport. Also Pavements are not good locally for anyone in a wheelchair, quite narrow - too many obstacles. Electrical toaster has a European 2 pin round style plug - be sure to bring an adapter as there was not any there!

Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Nachdem eine Kaution mittels Kreditkarte hinterlegt wurde bekamen wir die Codes für Haupteingangstür und Apartment. Das Apartment war relativ sauber, es lagen ein paar Haare herum und das Bettlaken hatte ein paar Flecken. Es sind alle Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Wohnung muss in einen ordentlichen Zustand verlassen werden. Die Angegebene Adresse in Booking stimmte nicht ganz überein.

Matratzen sind eher auf härteren Seite.

The location is nice, there are many buses passing nearby and it’s close to the shore so you can enjoy the sea during your evening walks.

I haven’t been in a place for a short rent where they ask you for deposit. There was also a price list for all the items in the apartment and I’m convinced that no ordinary glass costs 12 euro, nor the uncomfortable sofa costs 600 or so(I don’t remember the exact amounts stated there, but the point is everything was extremely overpriced). And when you give the deposit no one comes to the place for check in so you can both check the current condition of the apartment, you just hope that nothing is broken so you can get your money back. The balcony was too small for 4 people. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. There are no bathroom supplies and you should buy shampoo and whatever you want to use if you travel without checked baggage. Overall I could not relax well because all the time I had to overthink ah will we use more electricity than they allow, oh will we break by accident a glass, oh will we be too noisy. Because they have that 5 pages of Don’ts in their book.

Excellent location a short distance from the store, nice equipment of the apartment, nice and helpful owners :))

Unfortunately there was a little bit of an odor from channel (drain) in bathroom. Perhaps this could be solved if there was probably some cover in the shower.

Everything, there was nothing not to like.
