Carlotta has been so nice and helpful, the communication was very smooth with high reactivity. She kindly waited for us at our arrival and helped us calling a shared taxi to the airport. The apartment is well located with all interesting places and train station reachable by foot. It was well decorated with nice furniture, air conditioning and it was very clean.

Some street noises can be heard at night but it was totally acceptable considering the great location in the city.

Posizione perfetta, vicino al centro e struttura moderna. Carlotta gentilissima, super disponibile e ci ha dato tanti consigli di posti da visitare. Top!

Super Lage

Soggiorno fantastico, a partire dalla proprietaria che ci ha subito accolto come fossimo a casa, dandoci ottimi consigli su luoghi da vedere e sopratutto dove andare a mangiare!! Super disponibile a qualsiasi orario e per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità. Posizione centralissima , comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dalle vie e attrazioni principali. Grande nota positiva anche per la pulizia della camera . Insomma per noi è stato tutto ottimo , trovato un po’ così per caso ma non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Consigliatissimo!!

Prenotato come regalo di compleanno per la mia fidanzata, esperienza fantastica! Posizione centrale e comodissima per visitare tranquillamente la città; pulizia e camera ottime; qualità dei servizi offerti oltre ad ogni aspettativa. Un grazie alla super host Carlotta, disponibilissima, gentilissima e molto paziente, la miglior host che abbiamo mai incontrato. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Great flat and Carlotta took excellent care of us!

Carlotta and her team were simply fantastic. We felt looked after even before our arrival with help with sorting airport transfers and even setting up the room for a special surprise for my partner. Carlotta went above and beyond to make our stay in Palermo special providing really excellent recommendations with her local expertise, facilitating with meal bookings when we needed a bit of help and arranging for breakfast to be delivered to our room every morning (from a local bakery). The room was really lovely, excellent soundproofing (Palermo is a busy bustling city), very comfortable bed and superb bathroom. We were so grateful for Carlotta's friendliness and we couldn't recommend Suites Cavour enough!

Obwohl ich das B&B informiert hatte, dass ich wegen eins Flugausfalls einen Tag später anreisen muss, hat meine gesamt Buchung kostenpflichtig storniert. Erst durch Unterstützung von Bookingcom wurde das rückgängig gemacht.
