Such a great place to stay in Calcutta with fantastic staff. Very characterful accommodation. We’ll definitely be back👍👏👏👏

The hot breakfast was great though it took 40 minutes to reach us as they only had non-vegetarian options. But the vegetarian breakfast was delicious and well-made. The room was good.

The staff who was present in the evening. When we reached there was no one at reception or anything just a staff member who was also check-in, reception, and everything. We had three bags on us each and he even didn't help us with the lift. We arrived, he checked us in, asked for payment, and left without telling us anything about the room at all. We later realized we were on the terrace and had a terrace room. It had rained earlier so it was wet but it was a spacious terrace for someone to take a breathe outside. At least two chairs should be kept for two people in a room. The toilet bowl had some very problematic damage at the base which made it look like it was very dirty. It was cement or something. Definitely need fixing or replacement. And there were of course the standard issues: no toilet paper unless asked, one towel instead of two, dusty open tea bags, expired milk powder which spoiled the tea (we used our own tea bags) and so on. Oh, location was a bit hard to find. So we called twice and no one picked up. Then ten minutes later we got a call back at which point we had abandoned our cab and we had to walk for ten minutes with many bags. They do have some no pick-up thing because that is what happened again the next morning.

The location is good. Even the overall hygiene was perfect.

The tariff they charge isn't equal to the facilities provided.

Great location in a really hipster neighborhood. Very clean room. The man that works there is very polite and kind.

Weird/poor communication with the woman (the manager?) that works there.

The location.. very very conveniently located. The staff Amit extremely helpful and very nice attitude. The room was neat and clean, comfortable definitely I loved it Room service I did not order so I don’t know what the food would have been like because the day was too short

It was a lovely experience. There’s nothing not to like because for a day or two it’s perfect If you ask me what I did not like then maybe there was no view at all, but I didn’t really need much because I was hardly in the room
