Curățenie, liniște, discreție. Curățenia în camera se face în fiecare zi, cearșafuri albe, camera spațioasă cu balcon. Parcare privata in curte închisă cu poartă. Loc de joaca pentru copii, dar și un loc amenajat pentru adulți.
