Clean and nice place. Residential neighbourhood and quite.

WIfi had weak signal. Indications info about practical issues would have been nice to have like transport options.

New facilities, clean, comfy bed.

The room is a basement under a standalone garage, so it's veery humid, to the point bathroom never dries and your clothes become wet overnight just by being in the room. There is mold here and there on the walls and the supposed "terrace" is just a 40cm space between the door and owner's yard, so not much privacy. Also location is far from any major tourist areas.
