Location.
It is not a hotel. It is like a guesthouse where the rooms are on the first floor and the family of the owner stays on the ground floor. Hotels with better facilities are available st the same price. Even though housekeeping is promised everyday but it was done every alternate day that too when you get after them to give an example.

The location was very close to the beaches and local markets and restuarants.
I didn't realize how noisy and crowded it would be because of New Year's Eve celebrations occurring in the neighborhood and nearby beaches. This fact caused me to cut short my stay by 4 days.
