Super frumos apartamentul,curat, miros placut in casa. Zona linistita, gazda super ok !!

This was by far the worst stay we've ever had. Cold, dirty, no heating, one dirty AC that stinks terribly, no electricity.. We were supposed to stay at B&B Maria for 3 nights. The first evening we came the room was cold, we tried to turn on the heating and noticed it doesn't work. Luckily there was an AC so we thought there would be no problems, but as we turned it on we realised it's extremely dirty. Within 2 minutes the whole room was stinking so we had to turn it off and open the windows to get clean air. Since it was already late we went to sleep and hoped tomorrow would be better. Unfortunately the next evening as we arrived the situation was even worse. NO ELECTRICITY, NO HEATING, NO HOT WATER. Did I mention that for a reservation for 2 people for 3 nights we got 1 big towel and 1 small towel? We called the host to get some help regarding the situation, she was not friendly, explaining that the situation was not her fault, and finally agreed to put as to another room that was supposed to have electricity, heating, water and towels. The room did have a working AC so we did manage to heat the room up, but the rest unfortunately not. The next morning we called and said we will not be staying there anymore, asked for a refund to which the really nice host started to yell at us, just to not disappoint she also added some insults because we called her to many times for her liking. After the whole stress we've been through, we left (to an event, without even taking a shower). Another surprise came when we contacted booking.com for our refund. Transfering us here and there..They concluded by saying they need a confirmation from the host in order to go through with the refund. I was told that even if the host doesn't answer we would still be refunded and she would be suspended from booking.com, but that also didn't happen. Booking.com tried to contact the host 3 times, she is refusing to answer.

After all of this, what I'm most disappointed with is not the terrible host, it's the booking.com site that I've been using for years. They showed absolutely no help whatsoever in a situation like this. We payed for a stay that shouldn't even be legal or allowed! We've immediately let them know about the situation and they did nothing. The host is still hosting and the only thing booking.com is willing to do to help is 26€ !? This kind of action is just ridiculous and absolutely disappointing.

Nu a functionat televizorul, baie mica. Locatia e aproape de o cale ferata, se aud trenurile.

Totul a fost groaznic. Cand am ajuns am fost mintiti ca nu functioneaza internetul si cablul tv pentru ca au fost cei de la Digi dimineata si nu au rezolvat problema. Greseala a fost a mea ca nu am citit recenziile inainte,m am grabit. Lumea se plangea de cablu si internet inca din luna august Seara,la culcare,se auzea un soarece in perete. Nu am putut dormii toata noaptea. Efectiv toata noaptea a râcâit un soarece in perete. Am stat cu frica sa nu avem si in camera Cand am facut rezervarea scria check out la ora 13:00,iar la 11 fara ceva a batut doamna de la curatenie la usa,sa eliberam pana la ora 11. Dar a fost draguta si nu ne a grabit,ne a mai lasat o ora pentru ca am sunat la proprietara sa ma plang de acest aspect. Pe booking au schimbat ora de check out a 2 a zi. Trenul trece pe langa casa iar zgomotul este infernal noaptea. Am dat aproape 300 lei pe absolut nimic. In poze arata totul bine,dar de fapt este o locatie groaznica. "Leya luxury apartments" serios? Acelea sunt apartamente de lux? Este o bodegă

Lokalizacja, szybki feedback od właściciela.

Brak kołdry w pokoju, brak działającego pilota do telewizora czy w pokoju czy w części wspólnej (przez co nie można było uruchomić telewizora). Reklamowałem nie działający internet, dostałem informację że to nie jest cześcią oferty. Prysznic w pokoju bez kabiny prysznicowej, myjesz się przy ubikacji. Późne wymeldowanie z oferty okazało się wymeldowaniem do 11:00 rano.
