"Fantastic time in gorgeous Lewes in the most beautiful cottage with a very attentive host!"

Loved the cottage, the décor was so different and everything was there that we needed! Really comfy beds, plenty of soft large towels. Really warm and cosy. Loved the big screen - added to the fun! Great little garden area but unfortunately it rained when we were there but umbrellas supplied!

The lock on the front door was very stiff, and we had great difficulty opening from the inside on a couple of occasions which in an emergency could have been a disaster! Possibly the addition of a microwave in the kitchen.

Great location and comfortable home

We missed a capsule coffee machine. There was a filter machine so not really a complaint, just something that you get use to having in modern life.

Cosy and classy interior, excellent beds , honesty box, and the great communication with manager and owners. Will book again!

Parking could potentially be an issue, but we received helpful suggestions from management and found a spot nearby.

"The most loveliest cottage I have stayed in!"

The host had thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay! The bottled water was a lovely touch after a long journey, the rooms beautifully decorated and the furnishings were eclectic and well chosen for comfort and style. I came away wishing I could live there forever!

Parking is a bit of a nightmare on the street nearby and expensive but the council carpark proved to be the best option if you staying at the weekend as only a short walk from the property and the centre. A chair in the bathrooms would of been nice but not vital, thats just my personal preference, also a chair in the attic room as there was only a bed to sit on and the bed was a bit high to do this and a more comfortable chair in the bedroom on the middle floor
