The location is fine. The flat has really everything you need. Its located on the 3 floor, so you get some exercise climbing the stairs. Its spacious and cosy. Its very close to the archeological museum, which is a local attraction worth visiting. There are some shops in the area. Also you can park your car in the street for free (we manged to find a place:) It's clean. As for sightseeing, we mostly walked to Ortigia island, we didn't need to drive there. We recommend this flat.

if you want to sit on the balconies (there are two) and enjoy your breakfast you can expect it to be a bit noisy as there is a busy road nearby and a hospital with an emergency ward; we did not mind it cause we kept the windows closed most of the time and used air conditioning, which was very efficient. in each bedroom and the living room. There is no dishwasher but it was not a problem for us as we mainly ate in the restaurants and didn't cook much.

La pulizia dovrebbe essere più attenta e accurata, le sedie della cucina andrebbero sostituite perché rotte.Abbiamo utilizzato altre sedie presenti in casa.

Lovely apartment with an excellent location right next to the historical park, exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for archaeological site. Large apartment, 20 minute walk to Ortiga

It's quite austere approaching the property and it's on 3rd floor with no lift. The area is OK

Very kind and helpful host. Well equipped, clean, spacious flat. Around 20 minutes walking to Ortigia. Good, free parking around the flat. There's supermarket ~5 minutes walk, and bakery 2 minutes. We spent our family holiday there (2 adults + 3 children). We do suggest this accomodation to everybody.

Very spacey and comfy apartment, nicely decorated too and very generously equipped. Very friendly and responsive host. Nice terrace with an afternoon sun and some sea view.

Nothing bad about the place, which was all great, but the parking in the area was a bit difficult.
