Awesome stay and affordable. Rooms were nice and clean. Plus the length of stay Thanks for the visit.. would definitely recommend others to stay here.. Food Restaurants an addition to the resort

Mosquitoes big problem in Goa

I loved the layout. The pool was a great bonus. The family who run the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful. We had a very late flight that was delayed and they let us checkout late since we didn’t arrive until 4 AM.

Sadly the pictures and all 5 star reviews are very misleading. This place may have at one time, 20 years ago looked like what they show. The rooms are really bad with black mold and staining all over the walls and in the bathroom. The railings are rusted completely through on the balcony. This has to be one of if not the worst hotel we have seen and we have traveled all over the world staying in hostels, Airbnb, cheap and nicer hotels. We don’t need fancy but do want clean and what we thought we were booking. Note that most of the 5 star reviews are all from the same date. That alone should have alerted us to potential scam, but didn't see that until after we were there.
