Karim the manager is above and beyond helpful, he welcomed us late (around midnight) on arrival after sorting an airport taxi for us. He is a very kind and friendly host, providing us with lots of recommendations and tips for the nearby area. Other staff were also friendly. Hotel provided everything needed, friendly atmosphere also with a great roof hangout for guests. The hotel is in very good location to the main strip and a very short walk to the beach. Karim also provides surf lessons which makes things super convenient for guests, we didn’t try this during our stay but will be if we return
