"Good, served its purpose."

It was roomy, good location.

Not totally provisioned, some damage like cabinet front, dining chair legs about to collapse, poor comfortable seating available in living room, simple thing like toaster not available, bath va nity faucet loose. I would have the maintenance company do a once over to make the property properly prepared for rental.

It was clean, quiet and wonderfully placed for visiting family and the Children’s Museum.

The window next to the front door has a camera cord in it preventing it from closing (and thus preventing it from locking). Since we were there in the spring, it didn’t affect the temperature control of the space, but it did seem less than secure since the front window was always a fingertip open and the cord is clearly marked not to be unplugged.

"Inaccurate Listing and Unprofessional Company"

The apartment was spacious and it had a full kitchen, though some appliances that were meant to be included (according to the apartment's listing) were not there. Both rooms had large closests with coat hangers provided, which was unexpected and appreciated.

Many items on the apartment's listing were not provided (marked in red in the pictures). Most frustratingly, this includes the beds. The listing says that there are two full beds and two futon beds, and rounds that up to four beds total. I was with a group of five, and the listing says this apartment can hold six, so I truly booked this based off of the bed situation more than anything. However, there were no beds outside of the two full ones. There were three air mattresses, all of which had holes in them (one of them had a gash so big it couldn't even begin to inflate). Even with my group doubling up, there still weren't enough beds for everyone. When I reached out to MGM about these problems, first with the lack of beds and then the state of the air mattresses, they first denied ever advertising more than two beds and blamed the inaccuracies on Booking.com, saying it must have been a translation issue (and even if that is true, it is MGM's responsibility to ensure their listing is accurate) and then attempted to blame my group for the state of the air mattresses, then said they would only send us a single new air mattress if I paid a fee. In addition to these problems, the apartment was not well maintained at all. Some of the provided bedding had an odor, suggesting it hadn't been washed, the floors were dirty, some of the furniture was in disrepair, one of the bars in the first bedroom's closet was broken and painted over, the faucet in one bathroom was so loose it seemed to just be sitting there, some of the dishes were dirty, and halfway through our stay the apartment lost hot water. MGM mentioned a cleaning company to me, saying that said company confirmed the air mattresses were in great condition prior to my stay. Well, if they do have a cleaning company working for them, I suggest they get their money back. They either overlooked or are lying about the air mattresses, and they did not thoroughly clean the place.
