"Superb"

Spacious, price per value, easy to reach, close to the Everglades, and a very good last stop before the Keys. Very clean and nicely equipped. Additionally, a very big and nice shower.

Bed was kinda small and not that comfortable. Blinders weren't working so it was a little bit bright in the night.

"Uncomfortable Experience: A Heatwave Hell with Disappointing Service"

It looked clean.

The room lacked cooling, featuring only a central AC vent without a fan. A heat-emitting fridge worsened the situation, causing the room to be warmer than outside. Communication with the property manager proved disappointing. I resorted to unplugging the fridge and relocating it for relief. To my frustration, the property manager later demanded a fee for my own fridge relocation.
