NLIt is a new Homestay which was a little hard to find at first. The owner did send a pin, but without internet or proper preparations, this was a little tedious. We got a room on the 1st floor with lots of green and a comfy bed. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We were offered tea at arrival and got lots of information about Negombo and the surrounding area. We liked the spacious room and the balcony as well as the location; it is in walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants.
The room was a little moldy and so was the smell. Lots of accommodations in Sri Lanka suffer this problem because of poor ventilation. This is very important. Sleeping in a moldy room is very unhealthy! We would advise to put a mesh or cloths in the doors, so they can be opened for proper ventilation, without mosquito's entering the room. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't working properly, but the owner said this will be fixed. If te above is handled, it is great value.
GBLovely large space. Perfectly clean room with everything we needed. Comfy beds, big en suite, fridge, plugs by the bed. Near to the beach and other amenities. Hosts were great help and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Would recommend!

ATEverything was great, the staff was super nice and always tried to help. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location was alright, just 10 Minutes from the center and the beach, but didn‘t feel safe sometimes. Apart from that good place to stay!

LKIt was a wonderfull stay with Sun Breeze and the location was perfect as in it's just a 2 miniutes walk to beach and restaurants. We were really enjoying the stay for 7 days with a great staff. Highly recommending this place for your stay in Negombo ❤️
