便利性剛好在商圈內，有停車位

房間剛好樓上是戶外溫泉，所以馬達啟動會一直有轟隆隆的聲音，還好溫泉晚上開放時間到10點，不然就不用睡覺了，早上也是被溫泉馬達聲音吵醒，還以為是飛機經過，哈哈

沒有最不滿意，一切都尚稱滿意喔！以新開幕營運近三年的礁溪溫泉飯店而言，可以感受出噶瑪蘭之星飯店想並列五星飯店的企圖心！真心而論，服務態度與環境新穎度、舒適度來講，不輸五星級飯店。若能在餐食上再加強，一樓接待櫃檯重新設計更加大氣、加上巧思，加上地點絕佳的優勢，絕對是入住礁溪飯店的首選
