Tucked next to the historic park and a short 10 minute bike ride from old town is a perfect location. The private bungalow is spacious, has a comfortable bed and staff is very accommodating. They offered free use of a bike for getting around and seeing the amazing ruins. A simple breakfast was served each morning. Very welcoming!

The gentleman on staff was attentive, but after a long day of sightseeing I was looking forward to sitting in the natural quiet to read a book. He however decided to watch videos on his phone at max volume, seemingly unaware that the noise was bothering the guests. Perhaps a gift of earbuds would be appropriate? Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic value for money, amazing location next to the archeological park and the hospitality was nothing short of incredible! The owner provided us with bikes to explore the sites and her own personal motorcycle free of charge! She prepared a rich and tasty home cooked breakfast for us everyday, and as if all that weren’t enough, on our departure day she called the bus company to arrange a pick up closer to our location and drove us to the pickup spot herself, without us even asking. Thank you so much for everything! We’ll never forget you! 🙏🏼

Cute little cottages. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Come with free bikes which was nice for traversing around the town. The owner lady is very sweet.

Bikes need more reliable lights for night riding

We arrived at the accommodation in the middle of the night, around 4:30 AM since we were travelling with a night bus. We were so happy to see the host was awake and gave us a temporary room for the rest of the night. This was a life saver for us. The breakfast was also good and it was included in the price. And one day when we came home early and had an upset stomach, the host allowed us to take some toast and small things from breakfast as a dinner. They also gave us free bikes which are very helpful to explore the old temples to Sukhothai. Overall, it was a great experience and we were lucky enough to catch the Lou Krathong festival, which was great. The host was kind enough to help us with the transfer to the bus station when we left, too.

The only thing that could be improved is the condition of the bikes. They were old and not in the best shape. So it was difficult sometimes to move around.

It is not a 5 star resort, but I give it nethertheless 10 points. Very friendly and helpful people.
