駅からとても近いこと チェックイン前にロッカーに荷物を置いておけること　ロッカーのお金が返ってくること

水回り全般　 水圧が低くお湯がなかなか溜まらなかったこと 洗面台の高さが微妙にフィットしなかったこと 駅近で便利だとしても、お布団が薄い（和室でした）など設備の割に料金が高すぎること

駅にはかなり近い

窓はあるが、開けても隣のビルの壁で日がささない為、暗い。バスタブの排水があまり良くない。便器の蓋が洗面台に干渉して、開けきれていない感じで、座っている時にたまに勝手に閉まってくる。値段相当ではある。
