"Apartment with pieces of Art"

Very friendly person that rents out the apartment. There is a kids' playground in the yard. It is possible to find a parking place around. The apartment is spacious. It has the soul of the Artist, all around there are his pieces of art.

Just to manage expectations: the apartment has not been renovated for a very long time. It has its charm but also its downsides. The apartment seemed rather dark.
