Dirty bed and towels when arrived

Abbiamo usufruito solo delle 2 camere da letto e quindi la nostra valutazione si riferisce solo al piano superiore, Il piano inferiore, comunque grazioso. Ambiente ben riscaldato e gradito, visto il freddo fuori. Zona tranquilla con centro facilmente raggiungibile, se dotati di un'auto.

La casa ha delle buone potenzialità per essere davvero piacevole, ma è trascurata e rovinata in molti particolari. Bagno con luce non funzionante, senza portasalviette, senza basi per le cose personali che abbiamo appoggiato sul pavimento. Comodini sostituiti da sedie da giardino, senza una luce per poter leggere a letto, se non abbagliati dalla plafoniera centrale. Nemmeno il numero civico sulla porta, quindi ci siamo arrivati per intuizione. Nessun contatto con il proprietario, se non con messaggi precostituiti.

Clean and the kitchen was well equipped to help fix a goo meal. The room was clean and comfy. There was internet connected television. I enjoyed the prime video subscription.

The stairs are nosy when coming down and feeling of “I may fall off”. The toilet has no light and we had to use our torchlight to bath at night.

Property wasn't available on the arrival, have been given a much worse replacement for the same price we have paid. Owner just have been blaming Booking.com for not cancelling our reservation. I have been using different accommodations for so many years and never been in similar situation where properly wasn't available on the arrival.

Off road parking available. Bus links to the town centre. Local shops and supermarkets nearby. Short drive to town centre, Titanic quarter. Host promptly resolved issues.

House was not cleaned at all when we arrived. We were lucky that we checked in mid afternoon and after calling the host, this was resolved to a more acceptable cleaning level in such a short notice. The house is smaller than expected and requires some maintenance work. You can feel draft coming through the windows, in particular in the smaller room upstairs and kitchen. Did not have all kitchen utensils enough for 4 people, such as mugs and others. For us, the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
