"Comfy and cheap house in Belfast"

Everything was really good, the house was clean with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. 2 double bedrooms available upstairs with a clean bathroom. Downstairs there is possibility for washing if some wants to. We have not met with host but always get a fast reply on booking.com chat. ASDA, McDonald's, Lidl is 10 minutes walk from the house. The street is peacful with parking availabilty.

Maybe the shower is a bit small, but I am a bit bigger than the average :) The house can be a bit noisy if you get noisy neighbours but the rules said to be quite between 10pm to 7pm.

"Excellent stay for bargain price during summer!"

Great value for money. Despite being a little out of the city centre (but easily accessible by bus at end of road) the property was far more affordable. Property was clean and well kept, beds were as comfortable as a hotel and bathroom facilities were good, especially shower. Would consider staying again for the price next time I'm in Belfast. Host kept in touch and accommodated all my requests.

it is a good value for money , all clean , tea and oats in the kitchen

the toilet door definitely needs replacement , leakage in the shower

No breakfast included . The property had a nice cosy feel . Very close to amenities and the bus stop to Belfast city centre

The bedroom lacks maybe a dresser and a mirror Also the Bathroom needs maybe a bath mat and definitely a mirror on the wall

"comfortable and relaxed super clean"

it’s a very quiet location everything you needed

there were a few issues the hot water in shower was too hot could. not cool it down ! probably could do with some bedside lamps and maybe a little table to put make up and items on ! safer lock on front door ! but these wouldn’t put me off the host was amazingly helpful always at the end of the phone

The house is in an excellent location and very close to the shops and leisure areas (3-minute drive from the City retail and leisure park). It was squeaky clean.

Having one bathroom was not very convenient for our family but we managed well.
