CHMan ist total selbstständig und für sich, das fanden wir toll. Man kann selber den Hottub einheizen, sich Feuer machen etc. Holz steht bereit und man kann nach Bedarf mehr nachbestellen. Der Ausblick und die Lage sind toll und man kann mit dem Auto innerhalb 10min Supermarkt, Wäscherei, Retaurants etc erreichen, hat aber trotzdem das Gefühl mitten im nirgendwo zu sein.
Die Dusche hat einen Gasboiler der ewas Geduld fordert. Man muss lange an den Hähnen rumtüfteln bis man die richtige Wassertemperatur findet. Da das Bad teils und die Küche ganz draussen sind, ist mit mehrbeinigen Mitbewohner:innen im Haus zu rechnen. Wir haben zwei dicke Spinnen nach daussen gebracht. Menschen die da heikel sind sollten sich dessen bewusst sein.
ZAZAWe enjoyed the location, and had high hopes for our stay for our honeymoon.
The shower in the cabin was not working. We were told to contact the staff directly to have this fixed and, after it became clear that it wouldn't be after one attempt, we were directed to use the outside shower instead. I have a fractured rib and using the outdoor shower made it very difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. The kitchen is poorly stocked and had only two big and two small plates and no cheese grater. We hope the management can address these issues for future guests and we would appreciate understanding how this can be rectified.

ZAThe property was clean and well maintained, with bedding of higher-than-expected quality and comfortable seating. It offered an elevated view of the valley and featured a hot water tub. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, delivering an excellent overall experience.
The setting is very private and secluded, though modest guests might find the uncovered window in the en suite a little uncomfortable at first.
NLWat een geweldige accommodatie! Het ligt heerlijk afgelegen, midden in de natuur en met een prachtig uitzicht. (Al hoorde je overdag wel meer geluiden dan je zou verwachten van bijvoorbeeld blaffende honden, kippen, muziek en auto's). De faciliteiten zijn top en alle zitjes, de hottub, de vuurplaats, de buitendouche en buitenkeuken geven allemaal een ultiem vakantiegevoel. Je bent binnen no time in Plettenberg Bay, wat echt een heerlijke vakantiestad is waar je veel kunt ondernemen maar ook fijn van het strand kunt genieten.
De douche is heel moeilijk op temperatuur te krijgen. De host hebben we niet gezien terwijl wat informatie over of bijvoorbeeld de buitendouche ook bij ons hoort, wel fijn was geweest. We kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor 5 dagen. Het verzoek om een extra handdoek werd niet van harte in ontvangst genomen. Er lag nog een leeg bakje eten van de vorige gasten op het nachtkastje bij aankomst. Desalniettemin zijn deze punten snel vergeten door hoe fijn het hier vertoeven is.
