地點離弘大7號出口很近，走出來外面很多餐廳很方便，最近的超商是CU 房東很貼心有附贈台灣110的延長線給旅客使用 而且有廚房、微波爐該有的都有，第一次到韓國玩蠻滿意住宿地點，去到哪裡都很方便 覺得下次可以住弘大不用一定要住明洞

硬要說缺點就是搬行李要爬一個樓梯，在韓國爆買一頓以後搬行李就感覺到痛苦因為樓梯也是有點窄 另外就是廁所只有一間而且沒有通風需要開廚房窗戶通風 雖然可以住到六個人但建議住4-5人就好 6人會太擠而且會變成行李沒地方放 我們五個人後來整理行李其實都是拖到客廳用 以及不能像飯店一樣退房還能寄放行李，所以如果最後一天是搭晚上的飛機想要多逛一下會需要去地鐵寄放行李 不然整體住宿體驗是很好的
