La ubicación es excelente, una colonia muy céntrica muy tranquila, muchos lugares para comer. La privacidad tambien del hotel. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias.

Al final hicimos check out en la madrugada teníamos el vuelo y estábamos cansados y nos cobraron injustamente 500 pesos por una mancha vieja en una colcha la cual habían tendido asi cuando hicieron las camas, mi error fue no haberla reportado a recepción. Y el aire acondicionado le hacía falta servicio, no enfriaba nada. Y estaba haciendo mucho calor en la ciudad, se sentía muy húmedo.

El acceso a la cafeteria y la calidad de los alimentos son excelentes. El estacionamiento es un excelente servicio. El personal es atento y amable.

Debiera tener ventilacion o aire acondicionado. Estan las tazas pero no el cafe. La habitacion no tenia aire acondicionado ni ventilacion, en un momento el calor era importante y no se renueva el aire.
