The Oasis - Parking, Smart TV, Walk-in shower

I liked the vibe of the place and the area. Even if there is a lot of construction going on it is still piece full and quiet. The host was also prompt to reply if I had questions. Plus there is a park for recreation where you can do loads of activities and BBQs. Loved it!

Great location, close to the mall. Lots of shops around. Apartment is lovely, clean and quiet so overall a good stay. The only downside was that the apartment was like a sauna. I stopped the radiator but heating still wouldn't stop. Frustrating that there was absolutely no communication/response about this issue throughout the whole stay. Very unclear instructions of where to leave the bin which was quite a hassle since the underground parking had 2 levels so was walking around everywhere to find a suitable place for it. Was told to enjoy the coffee but the coffee machine didn't match the pods left so couldn't use them.

The proximity to the sports complex.

The appartment is a bit overused, the pictures from presentation are outdated: for example, there is no carpet in the living room, the fridge door is broken, you need to take care all the time to properly close the fridge. Toilet paper and trash bags were not available for one week stay. The location is outside the main road, near some construction sites.

The curtains were really cool. Everything you need in a house, you can prepare any food, wash your clothes. Nice balcony and a quiet area. You have a bus that leaves 100m from the building. Responsive hosts and had a lot of small details that made the experience better (for example cotton swabs)

They didn't give us capsules for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, no capsules for the coffee machine and just one pair of slippers.

The flat itself was nice and beautifully decorated. Location is great if you have a car, which we did.Parking right in front of the building. The bed and sofa very comfortable and the design overall is enjoyable!

We booked 4 nights of which one we added later and booked it directly with the host. When we were planning to check in we received a message that some other guests booked that night and we had to check in on the next day. The host somehow forgot about that extra night and didn’t bother to help us solve the issue. luckily some friends offered to host us for that night. Otherwise we had to sleep in our car. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and poor communication behalf of the host. When we checked in the other day the flat was missing disposable slippers, hand wash gel, shower gel, dishwasher gel, coffee pods - the basics a guest needs to have a pleasant stay/welcome. Moreover, all corners were full of spiders, we informed the host, on the next day some lady came to clean the flat but didn’t do a great job either. Also take notice of the fact that you won’t be able to stay at the terrace and enjoy a coffee there (at least not for now) because the whole area is under construction works and all balconies are dirty because of that.
