Absolutely fabulous place to live, the host is like a family forever for me.

Neat clean. close to all facilities on top you get friendly people with excellent service.

очень приветливая хозяйка, постоянно была на связи, помогла найти дом (что не так легко), угостила домашним хачапури и виноградом, живет буквально через решетчатую калитку в соседнем доме. касаемо дома: удобное расположение, до метро спокойным шагом 20 минут, дом достаточно большой. есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, уборки и комфортного проживания. район спокойный, нет никакой движухи.

в доме очень много пыли и непонятна причина ее происхождения, хотя окна были постоянно закрыты и влажная уборка проводилась часто. на стене в спальне плесень (возможно, в доме слишком влажно и его не успевают просушить из-за постоянных заездов). диван в гостиной продавлен. у хозяйки и соседей шумные собаки, которые могут лаять и выть по ночам. в самом доме довольно холодно, в дождливую погоду вещи внутри не высохнут. порой на улице было теплее, чем в доме. в домах рядом и у самой хозяйки живут собаки крупных пород, а еще на улицах много уличных собак, так что будьте готовы замечать вонючие сюрпризы на улице. из-за того, что номер дома такой же, как и у хозяйки, курьеры приезжают по её адресу.

Замечательная хозяйка. Прекрасный, чистый дом. Тихо и уютно.

Everything was good!

Good looking house, lots of 24/7 groceries nearby. Closed territory, when you can easily park a car. Have all necessary facilities and equipment (inc. stove, washing mashing, iron). Lots of sleeping places, I would say that even 5-6 people can comfortably sleep there. Very friendly host, did let us to check-in earlier. It is good value for it’s price

Facilities is pretty old, small or outdated. There are lots of small issues, but in general they almost everywhere. Drain in the kitchen under the sink stinks. Toilet is leaking constantly, very slippery tiles on the floor and drain in the shower didn’t worked properly (you have to wait for water to be drained, so you won’t flood whole bathroom). Beds are pretty small (~180 cm length) - wasn’t really comfortable to sleep in there. And also important thing - the hosts lives behind the green transparent fence. It’s totally okay, we never were disturbed by this fact or lack of privacy. But their 3 dogs, leaving on the street - was kind of concerned. They are usually barking pretty loud, and scare you when you enter the property. They can’t get you because of fence, but they bark really loud - you can hear it even if you close all the windows and doors.
