The house will definetely benefit from the curtains for white nights, that don‘t allow the light to get inside.

We travelled around Iceland for two weeks and these were the best accommodations of all. Exceptionally clean, new construction, modern design, boutique quality linens and towels, very comfortable beds, super nice owners. Our family had a wonderful time despite the gloomy weather. We didn't want to leave and will certainly be back! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

We stayed 5 nights (2 adults and 2 children). Very nice layout, with a spacious sleeping loft. Well-equipped kitchen and fresh hygiene area. Clean and neat and comfy bedding. Familiar and pleasant reception. We felt so welcome on the whole farm and got to take part in farm life with cows, chickens, dogs etc. This accommodation is a real gem with genuine Icelandic outdoor adventures within easy reach as well as close to many tourist attractions. Our children cried when we left, we would have liked to stay longer!

Everything was just perfect. The cottage is located in a beautiful scenery and it has everything you need. It’s small but very comfortable. The owner greeted us very warmly and we just loved their dogs, they are so cute😍 We would love to stay there longer but we already had next accomodations booked. Our stay at Amma Jóna was a highlight of our trip. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding beautiful. The hosts were very nice and recommended a beautiful trail along a canyon which started right at the cottage. We would definitely recommend to stay at Amma Jóna cottage.

The location was so relaxing in such a tranquil farm setting. We loved this tiny house. It was perfect for the three of us. The owners were very kind and helpful and their dogs were super sweet and gentle. We stayed two nights as we explored the area around Vik, coming back to cook some dinner before sleeping soundly. We highly recommend.

Everything was great! In extra pros, we were able to bbq in a unique place and the hosts were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Fully recommended!

We like the doggie, we like the all new environment. It's cosy despite it's a small cottage. The owner is just staying next door , they are very helpful and responsive. strongly recommend this lovely cottage especially a couple travelling with 2 kids.

The heater tank is smaller and needs hours to boil the water. Perhaps, it's better to place a notice about the heater capacity and a clear instruction of the heater function.

It is a very pleasant stay. The house is new and clean. It is in the center of a farm. When you get up in the morning, you see horses, cows, and chickens roaming around. The cabin comes with a huge floor to ceiling window, certainly a big plus!

The kitchen is a tad small.
