INThe location and owner is very good, he is very cooperative and understanding, We booked for 3 days but due to shortage of electricity in whole nilgiri ooty area due to heavy rain we cancelled for one day. The owner was so helpful and Cooperative he refunded the money and treated as well. There are restaurants which are also good and beneficial if you come late at night and also get the food. Their breakfast is also good
Parking issues are some time, lots of monkey and soap and handwash not provided.
INNo vehicles other than local vehicles , 7 seaters (don't know whether other states) are permitted in ooty-masanagudi road where the cottage situated..The cottage arranged vehicles for pick up and drop but we have to pay for it..we had an extra expense of 1600 for pick up and drop for 2 jeeps. Normally this types of cottages will arrange free pick up and drop . But this cottage..paying a good price for rooms and...it's very bad... So anyone choosing this cottage should think properly before booking and talk with them.. I won't recommend this ..
