Apartament położony w samym centrum Porto. To duży plus, żeby zwiedzić wszystkie miejsca pieszo. Kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu był bardzo dobry. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków, ale my nie gotowałyśmy, tylko z rana śniadanie i lekka kolacja w domu. Dwie łazienki ułatwiły nam życie. Zawsze była ciepła woda oraz żel pod prysznic, płyn do mycia rąk i naczyń. Metro tuż obok, skąd można pojechać na lotnisko. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Polecam I wrócę, jeżeli tylko będę mogła.

Drzwi wejściowe otwierają się dosyć ciężko. Mieszkanie trochę zimne, ale to jest stara kamienica i pewnie tak jest wszędzie. Były dwa małe grzejniki, które lekko dogrzewały pomieszczenia. Ogólnie wszystko było dobrze.

Great location, spacious flat.

I was disappointed with the kitchen — it was difficult to cook anything. The dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. There were only four cups, four forks, and four spoons, and no chopping board or frying pan. When we tried to call to host, no one answered and didn’t call back to us.

Very clean and spacious. Great location to lots of attractive. With a very little or no noise.

El trato amable con el representante de Neo, el Sr. Ricardo.. Me gustó más el hecho de estar cerca del centro. Lo limpio y arreglado. Lo espacioso del departamento.

Se podría haber incluido, como cortesía algunos sobres de té, unas cápsulas de café y un poco de azúcar. Salimos a comprar; desconociendo el lugar, y al no ser supermercado casi nos esquilman.

Ideally located in the city centre with easy access to everything. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two separate bathrooms, one for each of the two bedrooms, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and quick to reply.

Basic kitchen essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and milk were missing. The apartment lacked an oven and dishwasher. The freezer was unusable due to heavy ice buildup and needs defrosting and cleaning.

The location was great!

There was a weird smell in the living room by the door and there was no coffee or coffee pods anywhere. We couldn't use the freezer because it has too much ice built up, it needs to be defrosted and cleaned.
