The view is beautiful, however balconies are poorly managed.

1. The picture doesn’t provide transparent impression about the property. Don’t trust property photos on the Internet. 2. Your room key card can open all rooms on the premises. You are vulnerable. My electronic gadget is found missing and staff didn’t help. 3. The hotel reception person Hemant Rathore took photo of booking confirmation on my phone and later the app showed ‘no show’. Poor service and management. Stay at your own risk.

Staff behaviour, neat and clean property, tasty and good homely food and beautiful valley view from rooms...perfect stay I have ever had with all facilities.

Internet was not working sometimes, but team was working on the resolution
