Old Gold Apartment

Расположение прекрасно. Можно пешком гулять в свое удовольствие. Прекрасная площадь рядом. Уютный бар прямо напротив с отличными настрйками и едой. Балкон созданный для посиделок с вином. Интерьер просто восторг как и сам старый район Тбилиси. В квартире есть все необходимое.

Stairs to get to room, small kitchen, small bathroom

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön. So ein Altbau- Flair vom Alt- Tbilisi: Das Parkett, Balkon und alte Wände. Zum Apartment an sich gibt es keine Fragen oder Anmerkungen. Alles sauber, ordentlich, der Besitzer war auch nett. Die Wohnung entsprach meinen Erwartungen.

Leider war die 2. Nacht in diesem wunderschönen Apartment aufgrund von schlechter Nachbarschaft komplett schlaflos. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Bar „welcome Drink“. Diese hat Öffnungszeiten bis 04:00 morgens. Leider gab es auch nach 04:00 Uhr keine Ruhe. Der Barkeeper/Besitzer dieser Bar führte eine private Party mit seinen Freunden fort. Auch auf meine Bitte etwas Nachtruhe einzuhalten gab es keine Reaktion, so dass ich bei der Polizei anrufen durfte. Erst um 06:00 Uhr konnte man einschlafen. Es war nicht mal das Wochenende!

Location: very central but also several blocks most destinations. Loud bar until late night, as others noted in other reviews. Appliances all worked great, kitchen well stocked, but knives were dull. Air conditioning, shower, laundry all worked very well. Balcony is delightful. Bedroom and living room were combined into one huge room, but there is a nice door to the kitchen area which allows one person to sleep while the other works, same as door to balcony. Host was wonderful and easy to work with. She took payment in cash.

Kitchen light did not work reliably. Stairs were uneven and a little scary. Nail in kitchen floor caught my foot (!) just needs to be pounded back in. Internet is slow, I think perhaps country wide?

Прекрасные апартаменты в центре Старого Тбилиси! Рядом все основные достопримечательности, бары, кафе, рестораны, с балкона даже видно статую Мамы-Грузии! Удобно, чисто, комфортно, есть вся техника для комфортного проживания!

Gorgeous property in one of the old style buildings - high ceilings and a large balcony. Huge apartment with everything you could need - kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. Great location in Old Tbilisi/Kala. The host was very friendly. Great stay.

Türkler temizliğe çok önem verirler ve bizim beklentimizi karşıladı.evimizde gibiydik.sahipleri çok tatlı ve yardımseverdi.çarşaflar tertemizdi.konumu turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi neredeyse hiç taksi kullanmadık.tekrar gidecek olursam yine tercih ederim.
