The location was fantastic, with a very short 60 step walk to the beach and an easy drive into town. The house was spacious and provided ample space for socialization both indoors and outdoors. The Oceano managers and technicians were, communicative, friendly and extremely responsive to needs . If you rent during a time without need for heat, this home would be a good choice.

The house is in need of a few repairs, and the management has been made aware of them. The major concern during our stay was the episode of fried wires on the fuse box outside the garage which resulted in loss of electricity for several hours until the problem could be partially repaired at 10:30 PM. More work was completed the following morning. There are two heat units in the home, and one did not work throughout our stay; therefore those sleeping in two of the rooms were not comfortable during the night, and it was difficult to heat the living/dining room area with the one working unit. The management related that he "would make it up to us", but only compensation of a discount on a return visit has been offered to date. Although this a nice home, the rental cost seems too high for the value.
